Vera Abreu

Vera Abreu is an anthropologist, documentary filmmaker and editor. She holds a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Anthropology from FCSH – NOVA University Lisbon, specialising in Visual Cultures.

Since 2018, she has worked as a freelancer in anthropology, documentary filmmaking and editing, working between Lisbon, Aljezur and other locations. She is a researcher at Aljezur Artes Factos & outros Actos and CEO of Happyou.

Her professional experience also includes strategic consulting, business development and production coordination, particularly in the agricultural sector and gourmet food production.
