Luis Guilherme Sousa

Graduated in the University of Évora (Portugal) with a Masters in Biology and, since 2006, has been working in the ecology and conservation of reptiles and amphibians in Portugal. During his dissertation, he studied the conversation status of Mediterranean Temporary Ponds and the amphibian population in  the Alentejo region. His main interest is identifying and photo-registry of all of Portugal's biodiversity. He took part in projects such as LIFE Charcos and LIFE Lines, where he had several tasks, namely sampling of target species and raising general awareness through talks and field trips. He is one of the members of HerpEbora. He is currently a part of the Nature Conservation and Environmental Education team of the Lousada Municipality, being the main responsible for fauna inventory.
