In search of bird migration gold

Birding in locations known for their propensity to hold good numbers of migrants in the past. Itinerary undefined (it will be chosen according to conditions in the area at the time of the activity).

  Participants will have to drive from spot to spot and walk within each spot. It is possible that the walk is as long as 3 km. The degree of difficulty may be easy to moderate according to the locations visited: there might be steep and irregular walks, sandy soil, and dense or prickly vegetation at certain moments.

• Recommendations:

  Fit for proficient, keen birders. Bring your own optical gear (at least a pair of binoculars, but camera's are welcome and telescope if you are willing to carry it around). Bring comfortable shoes, rain cover, hat and sunscreen. Don't miss an opportunity to use restroom facilities before the activity.
