On International Geodiversity Day, we have the privilege of visiting, contemplating and understanding the international relevance of Ponta do Telheiro - one of the 3 geosites in Portugal that appear in "The First 100 IUGS Geological Heritage Sites" (IUGS – International Union of Geological Sciences of UNESCO).
