Monitoring of soaring birds

Participants will join a research team studying bird migration, especially diurnal birds of prey. This study is part of a broader monitoring of wind farm impacts on birds in the region.

• Recommendations:

  Participants should bring binoculars and/or optic scope, bird guide, hat, sun screen and water. Sunglasses are recommendable. It is likely that the meeting point is crowded at arrival, therefore participants are advised to arrive timely, locate the activity coordinator and identify themselves.
