They perform important ecological functions such as decomposition, pollination, pest control, and are also an essential resource, serving as food for a lot of animal species. Unfortunately, these little beings who rule the planet are generally unknown and not so popular amongst most people! That is why in this activity we will learn to identify Sagres Insects until the Order (at least), revealing their importance and some curiosities about their life cycles.
