To escape from the traditional ham and cheese sandwich, come and learn how to make other healthier and nutritious snacks! Countryside walks require us to eat energetic but easily digestible food. We give preference to whole, unrefined ingredients, with natural sugars, without saturated fats, preferably organic and in season! If you have a fruit tree or vegetable garden, bring and share your fruit and vegetables for making the snacks!
