Finding the elusive - Full

During migration, birds can appear anywhere – and so can we! If there are any species that have been avoiding you or you want to see those elusive birds reported during the last days around Sagres – this is your chance! After a short meeting we will establish our destination and begin our quest to search for the most elusive birds that can be spotted in this region. With some luck we will be able to find the birds you’ve been waiting to see! Well, that’s the theory and of course we cannot guarantee surprises, but who knows?

• Recommendations:

  Participants need to bring their cars to the starting point of the field trip. The guide suggests to gather in small groups in order to use the lowest possible number of vehicles. Bring hiking boots, water, a small snack for the morning and birdwatching equipment.
