  You can make the payment when you collect your participant kit at the registration desk, at the latest by Saturday, 3 October, at 12:00 noon. We kindly ask you to pay in cash. After this date, we cannot guarantee your registration.

   

  Cancellations

  If you need to cancel your dinner reservation, please let us know as soon as possible, as we need to purchase the ingredients in advance and this will help us avoid food waste.
